If you ask San Luis Obispo Caregivers to help locate an independent caregiver, we may provide appropriate information to prospective caregivers so they can determine whether they are interested in the opportunity.
We may also use companies that provide operational services to us, such as customer relationship management, electronic forms, payment processing, communications, scheduling, website hosting, or similar business services.
Providing information for these purposes does not mean that we sell your information or distribute you as a lead.
Caregiver Referral Agency
San Luis Obispo Caregivers operates as a caregiver referral agency. Caregivers referred through the agency may be independent caregivers rather than employees of San Luis Obispo Caregivers.
Information regarding a client’s general care needs, location, schedule, and other relevant requirements may be provided to prospective caregivers when necessary to identify an appropriate caregiver match.
We seek to limit the information provided during the matching process to what is reasonably necessary.
My Senior Navigator
My Senior Navigator assists families in understanding and evaluating senior living and related senior-care options.
When a family asks us to make an introduction, arrange a tour, check availability, or otherwise communicate with a senior living provider on its behalf, we may provide relevant information to that provider to facilitate the requested service.
We do not distribute a family’s information broadly to senior living providers simply because the family contacted us.
Real Estate and Other Professional Referrals
If you request assistance involving the sale of a home or another professional service, we may introduce you to a real estate professional or other service provider.
We will not sell or distribute your information to real estate professionals or other businesses merely because you contacted us about senior care.
Website and Technology
Our websites may automatically collect limited technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, referral source, and website usage information.
